Red Chili Salad Dressing


Red Chili Salad Dressing
A cholesterol free salad dressing and low sodium.


4 green onions chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/2 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper

Puree ingredients in blender until very smooth, 20 to 30 seconds. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. 


2 TBS about 69 calories and 23mg sodium


Salad dressing normally weighs about 28-32 grams per two (2) tablespoons. The most common serving you see on a salad bottle is two tablespoons. The average single serving packet from a fast food restaurant or store is about 4 tablespoons (2.0 Ounces or +/- 57g.)
